A new kitchen is moving into the former Monticello Shopping Center, bringing with it a taste of the Far East. Bonanza Social Kitchen signed a lease Monday with landlord Broad Street Realty and will be moving into Midtown Row.

Midtown Row has announced another new tenant.Great Clips, a national hair salon, is moving into Midtown Row said Brynn Jacoby, spokeswoman for landlord Broad Street Realty. The shop will occupy a 1,000-square-foot space next to City Nails in the old Monticello Shopping Center.

Over 600 people attended the opening of Earth Fare, a North Carolina-based supermarket, June 27 in Williamsburg. Earth Fare is part of the Midtown Row development project, which will continue to progress to include multi-story buildings, complete with commercial businesses and residential options for community members.
