New Tenants Coming to Midtown Row

Broad Street Realty has recently executed a lease with Row House to open their business in the new multi-use buildings at Midtown Row.
ROW HOUSE
Row House is an all-inclusive boutique fitness studio offering workouts that engage over 86% of the body’s muscles. Their group fitness classes incorporate resistance training, rowing and stretching.
“Having the opportunity to partner with Midtown Row in bringing Row House to Williamsburg was a natural partnership and we could not be more pleased,” explains franchise owner Margaret Phillips. “We chose Midtown because it is nestled in the heart of the city where our community of members can easily get in and out of the studio. Whether on their way to work, home from work, running errands, or dropping off the kids, Midtown has created an environment that really is a one-stop shop.”
Row House will be located directly to the left of the current standing Salon Seven in Building 3. They are planning to open around late December 2021. JUICING LIFE BAR
Juicing LIFE Bar has recently signed a lease with Midtown Row in Williamsburg. Owner Mike Davis opened his first location in Newport News in 2018. Williamsburg will be his second.
Juicing LIFE Bar is known for their fresh, cold-press juices, smoothie, bowls, and café items such as flatbreads, sandwiches, and salads. They pride themselves on not using any additives or sugars, and honoring all cancer and illness affected people.
Owner Mike Davis explains, “This is a very elite juice bar, and we strive to be even better! Expanding to Williamsburg is a must, and another win for us! Making a presence in that area which is screaming for a Juice Bar and no other competitors is a business’ dream!”
There are less than 12 juice bars in the Hampton Roads region. Juicing LIFE Bar is the only juice bar that has a restaurant attached regionally.
Juicing LIFE Bar’s new location will be in Building 4 at 101 College Row, Suite 4107.
MEZEH MEDITERRANEAN GRILL
Mezeh Mediterranean Grill recently signed a lease for a retail space on the ground floor of Building Four at Midtown Row, near Marshalls. Mezeh is a fast casual Mediterranean concept offering bowls, flatbread wraps and pita pockets with customizable toppings and proteins. After opening their first store in 2012, there are now 28 existing stores throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. 11 more restaurants will be opening throughout the greater regions, including Williamsburg.
Mezeh is expected to open in the Fall of 2021. Mezeh’s CEO, Saleh Mohamadi explains, “We’re very excited to be opening our first location in Williamsburg! It’s such a friendly place and the college town atmosphere is a great fit for Mezeh.”
This Mediterranean restaurant is known for their made-from-scratch ingredients that are made in-house daily. Their make-your-own bowl is the most popular menu item with fresh ingredients to choose from. Mezeh is unique because of their bold flavors and variety of toppings such as falafel, lamb, chicken and steak shawarma, hummus flavors and other Mediterranean based choices.

RIVERSIDE HEALTH CENTER MIDTOWN ROW
Riverside Health Care Center Midtown will be moving into the building directly behind the Midtown Row Food Lion, located at 1230 Richmond Road, in Williamsburg, VA.
This Riverside location will offer comprehensive primary care services including same day appointments, preventive medicine and annual exams, chronic disease management, and acute illness diagnosis and treatment. Riverside will also offer outpatient physical therapy in this location.
“Over the years, the Midtown area has been home to key medical services. The former Williamsburg Community Hospital anchored the area for many years.” says Sally Ryan, Vice President of Riverside Medical Group. “As Williamsburg has grown and expanded, Riverside has worked hard to ensure access to services convenient to the residents in the community. The Midtown development affords us the opportunity to establish a new health care center to compliment this project and meet the needs of families living in Midtown and the surrounding areas.”
This center will add to their other services in Midtown including the Radiation Oncology Center and MD Express Urgent Care Center and will be only minutes from Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg, straight down route 60.
