Midtown Row Groundbreaking Ceremony

Broad Street Realty LLC, Bridger Corp, and Lamont Street Partners, the three real estate companies behind the mixed-used development Midtown Row, announced today the start of the newest phase of construction, transforming Midtown Row into an experience-based retail, residential and entertainment district located in the heart of Williamsburg.
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 22nd at 221 Monticello Avenue. Construction will begin immediately and is expected to be completed by late spring/early summer of 2021. Broad Street Realty CEO Michael Jacoby and Vice Mayor Doug Pons will provide remarks.
